Booked, paid, confirmed about 2 months ahead the trip, and during my vacation to my big surprise find out they do not have service on Thanksgiving or Christmas! Was left with no transportation back home from JFK on Thanksgiving 2011. Got the refund but no "sorry, it was our mistake".
