11/17/2010 Wow, it is amazing for these people to complain. They also went to the Better Business Bureau and made a feeble attempt to demand a refund! We rebuttaled the decision to the BBB, sent pictures of her bridal pillow which was white. It was found on the very same floor that this client stated she ruined her dress that day. First, what she failed to state was that it was pouring down rain, and even though the driver shielded her from the thunderstorm with a very large umbrella as she was walking to our Limousine the severe rain was actually splattering up onto the bottom of her dress! The BBB recieved our rebuttal and the pictures of her bridal pillow we had that she in fact left in our limousine. The BBB voted in Blue Diamonds favor. We won the rebuttal. That is why we still carry an A+ rating of excellence with the BBB, Not only did this couple falsely give us an unfair review. She waited for 2 months to actually call us to complain! Needless to say, we were very confident that we would prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that this particular couple tried to receive a refund due to the fact that their wedding day wasn't exactly the most beautiful, bright, sunny day, and they simply wanted their money back due to the fact that the weather was severe. I guess some people can blame a limousine company for an act of god!
