Never use this limo company!!! This is the worst limousine service I ever "attempted" to use. The owner has his cell number on the website and is never in the office so just to talk to him it was sometimes hard to hear with all the background noise. He said he would cut me a deal on a package for my sister's bachelorette party. It took two weeks to get a confirmation on our reservations. We wanted to get a ride into Boston on the evening of my sister's party. They were supposed to pick us up at 5. They never showed up. I called the main number of the office and only got voicemail and when I called his cell phone it was set to not receive calls. I called numerous times. We had to call other limo services to see if they had a limo and driver available in a pinch on a Saturday night. We found a ride but ended up getting to the club later than expected so we had to wait in line for an hour and all the tables were taken. We were not able to stay as late as we wanted. This is the worst limo service and if you want to have a good time do not use them!!!!

HORRIBLE!!! The driver showed up looking like a mechanic, to have him tell us he wasn't the usual driver BUT the mechanic as the driver called out. Nothing in the limo worked. The "driver" had no clue where we were going, drove way to fast, almost side swiped 2 cars and swore constantly about how he hated driving in the City, and was texting while driving. There was a point when he started smoking in the car as well. On the return ride home, he again was texting and swerving on the highway and when we arrived at the parking lot he went to a nearby tree to go to the bathroom. I guess you get what you pay for by NEVER again will this company get a good review from me.

this company is a joke! i've planned a bachelorette weekend at foxwoods & when it should of taken us 3 hrs to get there, it took us 6! the driver had no idea where he was going, he thought foxwoods was off exit 72 off I-95 in CT! he did not have a GPS & to top it all off we had NO AC!! with 7 girls & no AC on a HOT AUGUST DAY! they offered to switch limos but they talked us "stupid girls" out of it. we had 3 dirty glasses out of 8 for our champagne & we had no control over the windows or anything. Once we got to foxwoods we only paid them half and got the owner of the company on the phone and he said he'd personally come down the next day and bring us back home with a better limo for nothing. the next day, the limo was perfect even though it took a lot of agruing and teeth pulling. this trip took 3 hours which it should of in the first place. we just wished we got the same service we did on our last day as our first day since 3 of the 7 girls couldnt enjoy it with us! we asked for a full refund and the owner basically laughed in our face and said we had a 100.00 credit if we decide to use them again! very unprofessional and unrelieable! dont book them!!!
