Poor business, lack of customer appreciation, did not pick on time and drop off was not at location of origin. Take your business to Wichita taxi for better service

I called them while I was in town to visit family. The drivers I had both times were nice and helpful with luggage when I needed it. I would call them again if I came back to Wichita Falls. Ask for Geno or Jack

I left my cell phone in a Skylark taxi. I called them three days later and sure enough it had been turned in. Skylark mailed it to me free of charge. You can't get this kind of service in NYC. While I was visiting Wichita Falls (for school at Sheppard AFB) I quickly learned that the City Bus and Skylark were the only tansportation options if you did not have a car. There is another cab company with a third world feel and high charges. Stick to the bus and Skylark Taxi and you can't go wrong.

These folks are fabulous, they helped with a special event moving folks from Sheppard to the event and back when we were overloaded. They are really community minded and do a great job. Thanks Skylark!

These guys have really bad service, I waited almost two hours before anyone showed up, and at that point i'd already called another taxi company. Won't make the mistake of calling them again!
